Autumn in Hokkaido

Recipe Notes: Fresh vibrant, fruity, minty and zippy. Works equally well with Yuzu or Momo


  • 2 parts Haikara Yuzu or Haikara Momo
  • ½ part Green Chartreuse
  • ½ part lemon juice
  • 3 parts sparkling apple cider

Garnish: Loads of fresh mint

Glassware: Highball glass
