Haikara Highball

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Haikara Yuzu Sake
  • ½ oz St. Germain
  • 1oz Japanese Whiskey

Recipe: Add all ingredients to chilled Highball. Add ice and lightly stir. Slowly add Club Soda while agitating the drink with your mixing spoon. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge, Yuzu Leaves, or Elderflowers (if you can find some) and a Straw
