Kyoto Rose

Recipe Notes: Fruit forward, floral, tart, zippy, exotic, goes equally well with either Yuzu or Momo. Cannot decide which is better

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Yuzu or Momo
  • ½ oz rum
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • dash oz Simple Syrup
  • Dash of Rose Water
  • Dash of Lavender Bitters
  • Ginger Ale for topping

Garnish: Rose Petals

Glassware: Coupe

Recipe: Add all ingredients, except ginger ale, to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into prepared glass. Top with Ginger Ale and garnish. Created by: Nick Mautone
