Recipe Notes: Fruit Forward, well bittered, slightly nutty


  • 1 ½ parts Haikara Momo
  • ½ part Luxardo Maraschino
  • ½ part Dry Vermouth
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 Dashes peach bitters

Garnish: 2 – Flamed orange zest

Glassware: Coupe Glass

Recipe: Place peach bitters into glass, swirl to coat. Flame orange zest over glass and drop in. Measure all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into prepared glass. Created by: Nick Mautone
