Recipe Notes: Inspired by the plum wines that I first tasted at exotic tiki and Asian restaurants in my early work years, this cocktail is both a love of plums and the exotic memories of those meals. Plums are both a delicious fruit and go extremely well with savory foods and herbs.
Garnish: Rosette from plum skin
Recipe: Make plum rosette and place into bottom of coupe glass. In the bottom of a cocktail shaker place plum and simple syrup. Muddle thoroughly, add rest of ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. DOUBLE Strain into coupe glass. Created by: Nick Mautone
