Tea For Tiki

Recipe Notes: Fruit forward, tart, zippy, exotic


  • 2 oz Haikara Yuzu
  • ½ oz gin
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz coconut vinegar or rice vinegar or cider vinegar
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • Grating of fresh Ginger or Pinch of powdered ginger
  • Seltzer for topping

Garnish: Fresh Yuzu Leaves + Large Flake Coconut

Glassware: Highball

Recipe: Fill glass with ice and layer in Haikara Yuzu and Coconut
Add all ingredients, except seltzer, to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
