Recipe Notes: Fruit forward, tart, zippy, exotic
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Haikara Yuzu
- ½ oz gin
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz coconut vinegar or rice vinegar or cider vinegar
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Grating of fresh Ginger or Pinch of powdered ginger
- Seltzer for topping
Garnish: Fresh Yuzu Leaves + Large Flake Coconut
Glassware: Highball
Recipe: Fill glass with ice and layer in Haikara Yuzu and Coconut
Add all ingredients, except seltzer, to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
