The Shoryaku Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Haikara Yuzu Sake
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters
  • ¼oz Amaro Averna
  • ½oz Lemon Juice
  • ¾oz Simple Syrup
  • 1oz Bourbon

Recipe: Add all ingredients to Shaker. Dry Shake (without ice) Add ice, Shake. Double Strain into Fizz, (small) Sweet Wine Glass, Tequila Glass, or Coupe. Garnish with 1 dot of Angostura Bitters right in the center
