Typhoon

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Haikara Yuzu Sake
  • ½oz Lime Juice
  • ½oz Aperol
  • ½oz London Dry Gin (or Vodka)
  • ¾oz Fresh Ginger Syrup

Garnish: with a Lime Wheel and a Straw

Glassware: Highball

Recipe: Add all ingredients to Shaker
Whip Shake with a small handful of crushed ice until ice has fully dissolved. Add Club Soda to Shaker then pour into chilled Highball filled with ice. Top with more Club Soda. Created by: Matt Seigel
